One of the features in AIR MILES^® Cash is being able to lock and unlock your Cash account whenever you want. 

 

For extra protection, collectors are encouraged to "lock" their Cash account. While a Cash account is locked, Cash Miles™ cannot be used, but you will continue to get Miles™ like before. collectors that choose to lock their Cash account can unlock it in seconds before using Cash Miles™ in-store by using their PIN online or the AIR MILES^® app. While your Cash account is locked, cashiers will not be able to see your Cash account balance. 

 

Lock your Cash account in seconds at any time either by signing in and selecting Lock Cash account from Your profile and following the instructions, or through the AIR MILES^® app. 

 

Ensure the email address on your profile is up to date to receive AIR MILES^® Cash confirmation notifications.
