O nyx^® collectors can transfer an unlimited amount of miles™ per calendar year. There is a daily transfer limit of 3,500 miles through the Transfer Miles™ feature on airmiles.ca and in the AIR MILES^® app. Onyx^® collectors can transfer more than 3,500 miles™ in a day by calling Customer Care. Gold^® collectors can move up to 1,000 miles™ per calendar year. Blue^® collectors cannot transfer miles™. However, you can change your  balance preference as many times as you like.

 

You can set up or change the balance preference for Miles™ you get by moving the slider from 0% to 100%, towards either your Cash Account or Dream Account. Once set, click the Update balance preference  button, verify your email address, then click  Confirm email . Future Miles™ will be added to your Accounts based on this preference.

 

Your preference can be changed as many times as you like, and the change will take effect at 3:00 a.m. ET the following day. Set your balance preference.

 

 

AIR MILES^® Cash lets you instantly use the Miles™ from your Cash account towards everyday purchases at participating partners in-store and online. 95 Cash Miles™ gets you $10 that can be used at checkout in $10 increments, up to $750 per Cash account per day. Sign in to see the Miles™ in your AIR MILES^® Cash and Dream accounts beside your profile.  

You can change how many Miles™ go into your AIR MILES^® Cash and Dream accounts at any time here. Sign in and select Set balance preference under your AIR MILES^® Cash and Dream account balances.

An AIR MILES^® evoucher is an opportunity for you to use Cash Miles™ towards purchases with participating partners online or in-store at a later time. Starting at 95 Cash Miles™= $10, you can get up to a maximum of $750 in AIR MILES^® Cash Rewards™ for yourself or to share with friends and family. 

 

Order an evoucher at any time online. Sign in, browse participating partners , then select the evoucher you’d like. Next, choose an amount and order when you’re ready. 

 

You will then receive an email confirming your order. Any evouchers you’ve ordered can be accessed at any time through My Orders.

The exact process may vary slightly from partner to partner. Typically, while at checkout, show the cashier your AIR MILES^® card and let them know you would like to use Cash Miles™ towards your purchase. You need to spend a minimum of $10 before tax; then every 95 Cash Miles™ will get you $10 off your purchase. Miles™ can be used in $10 increments up to $750 per Cash account, per day. For added protection, collectors are encouraged to "lock" their Cash accounts. 

 

While a Cash account is locked, no one is able to use Cash Miles™ in-store, and cashiers will not be able to see your Cash account balance. However, collectors can continue to get Miles™ using their AIR MILES^® Card or with the AIR MILES^® app. 

 

Lock your Cash account in seconds at any time from Your profile by selecting Lock Cash account and following the instructions, or through the AIR MILES^® app. 

One of the features in AIR MILES^® Cash is being able to lock and unlock your Cash account whenever you want. 
 
For extra protection, collectors are encouraged to “lock” their Cash account. While a Cash account is locked, Cash Miles™ cannot be used, but you will continue to get Miles™ like before. Collectors who choose to lock their Cash account can unlock it in seconds, before using Cash Miles™ in-store, by using their PIN online or the AIR MILES^® app. While your Cash account is locked, cashiers will not be able to see your Cash account balance. 
 
Lock your Cash account in seconds at any time either by signing in and selecting Lock Cash account  from Your profile and following the instructions, or through the AIR MILES^® app. 
 
Ensure the email address on your profile is up to date so that you receive AIR MILES^® Cash confirmation notifications.
